Do you accept credit card for payment?

Yes, we do. Once your tickets are reserved and you have agreed to the pricing, we will send you a unique and secured payment link.

When do I pay?

Once your itinerary has been customized, we will reserve your flight into Bhutan to assure availability. Once your flights are confirmed, you can make a deposit up to 50% of final cost. The deposit will depend on the nature and requirement of your itinerary. Once deposit is received, we will issue your ticket and start your hotel reservation.

Can I talk to someone before paying?

Of course! You can call us any time or  email us your phone number and our destination expert will drop you a call instead.

What if I have to cancel or postpone my trip?

As long as you have not paid any deposit, there is no cancellation fee for ticket reservation and our obligation-free consultation. Once you have made your deposit and hotels are book, cancelling your trip may incur cancellation fee. Postponing your trip will incur minimal fee.

Do you have satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we do. Your Visa to Bhutan is guaranteed by us. And we will be happy to refund any part of the tour which you are not satisfied

I can’t find embassy of Bhutan in my country. How can I apply for Bhutan Visa?

We will be applying for your Visa on your behalf if you are purchasing the tour package from us. Embassy of Bhutan does not process Visa application.
